Technogas Standard Warranty -

We warrant that as from date of delivery for a period of 1 year and component parts, where applicable, are free from any defects in design, workmanship, construction or materials. 30 days for spare parts and repairs.

Limitation of Liability -

Our liability is limited to the replacement of parts found defective and making good the defects found within the prescribed period arising solely from faulty material, against the material of our supply, properly used solely for the purposes for which they were intended, and not due to wear and tear, misuse, neglect or improper adjustment or adverse environment.

Repair and Replacement -

Any product alleged to be defective shall be forwarded to manufacturer in accordance with the return of goods procedure, carriage paid up to manufacturer premises along with written report of alleged defect discovered. If manufacturer accepts liability, the repaired or new replacement product will be delivered at the manufacturer’s cost. In case of immediate replacement of alleged defective product with new product, client will be charged for the value of the product. Any alleged defective product will be repaired or replaced by manufacturer only.

Technogas Equipments Est.’s liability in respect of any defect whether quality, suitability or performance or otherwise in any goods supplied or for any loss, injury or consequential damage attributable thereto is limited to the terms of this warranty.

Warranty Conditions -

Warranty does not apply should the equipment be operated or stored under adverse conditions e.g. outside installations or in area used for steam cleaning, pressure washing, etc. unless otherwise specified in the relevant equipment manual or due to improper usage, natural calamities, etc.

Warranty does not cover any damage to the gas detectors caused due to water, chemical sprays/agents, any other physical damage or failure to calibrate the detector semi-annually. Warranty does not cover calibration or re-calibration of detectors, however, faulty detectors calibration will be covered for a period of 30 days from date of delivery.

Warranty for supplied equipment’s will lapse automatically if any modification work is carried out to the equipment.

We shall not be liable to the client under any express or implied term of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profits or otherwise) costs, expenses or other claims for compensation which arise out of the supply of goods or their use or re -sale by the client and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the value of the alleged defective product.
